We can supply a quote within 48 hours. In order to provide a quote we require a drawing which has the length, width, depth and edge thickness of the top along with any cut outs (such as sink and hot plate). Please specify your chosen solid surface brand and colour.
Steps to the installation of your new bench top:
- Obtain a Quote
- Accept the Quote
- Make a time for Cook and Nation to come and check measure the site
- Pay a deposit
- Cook and Nation will order material once all details are confirmed and deposit is paid
- Fabrication commences
- Cook and Nation will book a time to install your new bench top
- New bench tops are installed

Our showroom is open to the trade and the public. We have solid surface bench tops on display along with samples for you to take away. Whilst visiting our showroom you can see solid surface bench tops being fabricated. We have over 30 years of experience fabricating and working with Solid Surface.
Builders and Architects
Cook and Nation has the ability to measure your bench tops with the use of the latest Laser Technology. In order for us to provide this service we require detailed drawings noting the position of cut outs, e.g. cook tops, sinks, etc.
Solid Surface can be thermoformed. Thermoforming allows bending and shaping of sheets, creating elegant curves.
In order to meet the time frames, Cook and Nation can build bench tops from shop drawings.
